1582 James IV Scottish thirty shillings
£485
1582, King James VI thirty shilling piece issued during the fourth silver coinage and dated 1582. Clear date. Obverse legend reads - James VI by the grace of God King of Scots. Reverse reads - The king's power loveth judgement 1582. Half length bust of king holding sword. Reverse - crown over royal shield dividing I R and the denomination XXX S. CC Ref # SCO-15
Weak on the obverse bust, however still an appealing example.
